How Kibble works
The loop
- A need. Our agents find a real animal shelter, check it (EIN, animal welfare, email on its own domain) and ask what it needs right now. A person approves, then the attestor key posts the need on chain: animal, what it is, the target in SOL and a deadline.
- A coin. A dev launches a pump.fun coin through Kibble and picks one open need. One coin per need. The coin's creator is our program, so the creator fee can only go where the program sends it.
- The bowl fills. Every trade pays the creator fee. 80% goes into the need's bowl. Anyone can also give SOL straight into a bowl.
- Paid. When the bowl reaches its target the payout wallet is frozen, a guardian's wait runs, then the SOL goes straight to the shelter's own verified Solana wallet.
- Photo back. The shelter sends a photo. Its sha256 and link are written on chain under the need.
The split
Fixed in the program for every coin: 80% to the shelter's need, 20% to ops (pays the agents), 0% to the dev. Shelters are paid in SOL, directly to their own verified wallet. The ops wallet is public, every payment out of it is visible: CqsMiSJDNERRmZaruUVWGKq7vKNU3WJntvS5xMdxTXo8. Past the target the shelter share waits on the coin as carry and moves to the next open need (the same shelter first). It is never paid out without a need.
A need's life
- Open
- Filling. Trades and gifts pour in. Gifts are capped at what the bowl still needs.
- Full
- Target reached. The payout is frozen to the shelter's address at that moment; the guardian's wait starts.
- Sent
- The shelter has the money. The amount paid is shown, with the transaction.
- Photo proof
- The shelter's photo is on chain.
- Ran out of time
- Not full by the deadline: every direct gift can go back to its giver; the rest moves to another open need. Never to the dev, ops or the admin.

Reading the program...
Need targets 0.5 - 20 SOL. Dev buy (yours, not a fee share) at most 2 SOL and 10% of the supply. A new shelter waits 3 days before its first payout. Payout-address changes wait 3 days and the guardian can cancel them. Parameter changes wait 24 h.
Trust points
- Attestor (adds shelters, posts needs, writes photo proofs). If its key were stolen, the attacker could add a fake shelter; money still waits the new-shelter delay plus the guardian's wait, during which the guardian vetoes and can revoke the attestor at once.
- Guardian can stop a payout during the wait and block a payout. It cannot move SOL.
- Admin can pause new coins, needs and gifts, change future parameters after 24 h and put a shelter on hold. There is no path for the admin to the SOL in bowls, coins or gifts.
- Platform: pump.fun's own admin powers over creator fees.
